How does it work?

  1. Once we will have received the advance payment of ZAR 2500, we‘ll contact you to:
    A.) Set up a face to face appointment for an assessment, or
    B.) Set up a time and date with you to do assessment over the phone, or
    C.) Sent you our assessment form via e-mail
    D.) Sent you our Good to know guide about Canada via e-mail
  2. Within 3 working days you will receive the personal assessment report from us explaining your eligibility detailed and suggest a permit to apply for
  3. Once we have cleared all your initial questions, we move forward and present you with our quote for the premium service which ranges from ZAR 15.000 – ZAR 20.000 depending on the permit you qualify for
  4. Should you then decide to go ahead with us, we kindly ask you to pay 50% of the mandated fee to us
  5. We will then supply you with lists of required documents and information we need from you to start your application process
  6. Should you live far away from our office, we will organise the courier to pick up documents at your place of choice
  7. We will then prepare the entire application and send it off to the CIO
  8. We will assist you with the follow up by guiding you through the process of tracking your application online
  9. After receipt of positive feedback, we will assist you with the additional documents required such as medical checks
  10. Upon completion of your application we will submit it to the embassy on your behalf by which time we’ll charge you the outstanding 50% of our mandate
  11. During this process we will give you information on the interview process and follow up and solve any upcoming queries up until your permanent residence permit has been issued
