German Speaking Client Support, JHB Area (R10k –R13k Monthly Salary) Ref No BS 0872
Our client is looking for a German speaking person to fulfill a client support role dealing with German clients, & to assist in day-day administrative tasks relating to German business. This is a varied position involving direct contact with foreign clients primarily through email or telephonically, weekly translation work, some internet based research & other admin tasks.
Required Skills:
- A good communicator – Able to handle client queries of technical, banking admin or other nature in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Excellent knowledge of German & English – both written and spoken competency. (German must be home language)
- The successful candidate must have worked in a strong PC & Internet based Environment.
- Good practical translation skills for translation out of English into German.
