UK Indefinite Leave to Remain
Indefinite leave to remain is the permission to stay in the UK on a permanent basis; it is often referred to as permanent residency.

- Proof that you have adequate knowledge of the English language and life in the UK.

- Having been in the UK for 14 years.

- Having held a work permit for 5 years.
- Having been in the UK for 5 years on an UK Ancestry visa.
- Having been in the UK legally for 10 years.
- Naturalisation as a British Citizen can be applied for once indefinite leave to remain in the UK has been held for 1 year.
