Married Visas – The marriage visa (SPOUSAL VISA) is for spouses of UK citizens (or holders of UK settlement visas) and enables them to obtain a visa to join their married or unmarried spouse in the UK.
Unmarried Visas - This visa is also referred to as a de facto visa. The unmarried partner visa for immigration to the UK has been available since 1997 and applies to people who have indefinite leave to stay or settled status in the UK wishing to bring their foreign partners to join them.
Fiancée Visas - UK fiancé / fiancée visa’s can be applied for by the partners of UK citizens or permanent resident holders. The UK fiancé / fiancée visa is granted subject to the couple getting married within a six month period of time of entering the UK, in exceptional circumstances this can be extended for a further 6 months.
Same Sex relationships - Same-sex / Civil Partner UK Visas are available for same sex couples who register a civil partnership.
