I can highly recommend Intergate. I used their services for both a critical skills visa, and for a permanent residency. For both applications, their process was clear and well documented. Every document submitted to them was reviewed, and corrections were suggested if needed.

I have now worked with Intergate Immigration Service for over 6 years and they have carried out a number of permit/visa services for my wife and I during this time.

They are an excellent company to work with. They are organised, very professional and know their stuff. It is only when you arrive at the visa application office, that you really begin to understand how much you need a service like this.

My recent submission in the UK was quoted as “100% perfect” by the officer and I got my permit back in an incredible 5 days for something that can officially take up to 3 months. Intergate have an outstanding attention to detail and I like the way you submit documents to them on a rolling basis until everything has been checked off and then and only then, will they sign you off for submission.

To top it off, I don’t think their rates are bad either, considering the amount to client care that you get.

I successfully applied for a retired visa for SA with the help of Intergate. The agency certainly helped us and assisted with all questions and problems. We have tried before to get a visa in Namibia ourselves, but were rejected because our application was not complete.

Now everything went smoothly, we could always ask our contact person Kim Koopman. Kim has created a plan that we have worked through together, even with translations she has found us a cheap translator.

We do strongly suggest using Intergate for your South Africa dreams. I hear from a lot of people they tried the Visa process themselves with delays or rejection as a result.

In february 2026 me and my family decided we want to move to Cape Town and setup a business. For this we wanted to get a business visa.

After a personal meeting with Kelly we received all required information on very short notice. Also after contracting Intergate we had a great contact with the rest of the team, in particular Grant. The way the whole team always response within hours, takes all the time to explain the process in detail and answer any question is really what you need in a process like this. In the end this process, if succesful, will change your life. Therefore you do want the best possible support!

2,5 months after making the decision to go for the Business Visa, our Visa request was accepted. Intergrate arranged appointments at the embassy and only 5 weeks later everything was settled. From day one we focused at moving to Cape Town at the end of June and Intergate nothing delayed this.

Intergate Immigration is a professional organisation. They made my retired persons visa for South Africa much easier than it would have been had I attempted the process alone. I contacted Intergate immigration services in Cape Town After trying to get a retired person’s Visa through the South Africa African Embassy in the Hague for many months which proved to be very unhelpful. I was put through to Kelly Lenford who was immediately friendly and helpful. She has assisted me throughout the process of preparing my papers and has always been available and attentive to my many questions. I immediately felt that this was a person who I could trust and would do the very best for me to organise the paperwork and eventual processing of my papers in Cape Town. Execllent support and execution to get the permanent residence application prepared for the South African Embassy in Berlin. Good follow up and guidance during the preparation. If you have ANY doubts about who to hire during your immigration process, let me dispell the doubts here.

Kelly, Gawa, and Gerhard all dealt directly with my case.

To start, I had not a single idea of the deadlines in place for a successful submission. Kelly had been in open contact with me, helping me through the MANY pitfalls while I was still attempting this application on my own. She, personally, provided me with a wealth of knowledge BEFORE I was ever even a client. We came to realize I was within a few DAYS of missing my application window.

She took me on as a client, got me set up with Gawa and Gerhard, they walked me through every single step while taking care of so much leg work on their own.

Come the day of submission, I did no secure an appointment. Hope seemed lost. Except my liaison, Gerhard, stood in line at VFS from 5 am to ENSURE we would be submitting in a timely fashion.

Thank you for your advice on which visa to go for and for the smooth journey in applying for it. I’ve used Vincent services first in 2020 to apply for a spousal visa with business endorsement.
