Flonique Ashbury
Flonique joined Intergate Immigration in 2018 and has built her career on the corporate side of the practice, moving from Corporate Senior Administrator to Corporate Relationship Manager and, since 2023, to Director. Those years gave her a detailed working knowledge of how company accounts actually run: the administration behind a corporate client’s applications, the reporting their HR teams rely on, and the relationships that keep long-running programmes on track. Before Intergate she spent five years as a personal assistant, where she built the organisational discipline that still shapes how she works. As Operations Director she is responsible for the firm’s corporate relationships and for the administrative standards its clients experience. She is based in Cape Town.
