Client Managers
Vincent is a Dutch national, who immigrated from the Netherlands to South Africa. In 2012, he started working at Intergate.
In his role as Client Manager, Vincent advises our Dutch-speaking clients on their immigration. He’s assisted numerous entrepreneurs, individuals, and families over the years.
Vincent’s favourite part of South Africa is KwaZulu-Natal. He visits as often as possible to go on game drives, take in the beauty of the Drakensberg, and relax on the beach.

Katja has been part of the Intergate Immigration family for over a decade. She grew up in Japan and Germany, with her student years spent in Germany and the USA. In 2006, she moved to South Africa.
Katja assists foreign nationals from German and French-speaking countries with their immigration to South Africa. She strives to simplify what is often a complicated and frustrating process by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the visa application process to clients.
When Katja isn’t working, you can find Katja windsurfing along Cape Town’s coastline.

Jaime has been with Intergate Immigration since 2016. He moved to South Africa from the UK in 2013 and received his PR in 2019.
Jaime uses his first-hand knowledge of the visa process to guide his clients through their own immigration. He assists clients from the UK and Spain as well as other Spanish-speaking countries with advice on their immigration eligibility and visa options.
True to his roots, Jaime is an avid football fan who religiously watches English Premier League and La Liga football. Since arriving in SA, Jaime has also developed a love for rugby and cricket.

Giulia joined our team in 2018 shortly after returning from the UK where she lived for 10 years.
Giulia draws on her own experience of moving countries when advising clients on their immigration. She assists clients from across the world, including Africa, the United States, and Australia.
Outside of office hours, Giulia enjoys reading, watching movies, and going for walks in Cape Town and surrounds.

Sumaya joined Intergate Immigration in 2018 but has been working in the South African immigration industry since 2014.
Sumaya provides immigration advice and assistance to corporate organisations, individuals, schools, and universities. Additionally, Sumaya assists with short and long-term work permits for Namibia and Botswana.
When she’s not advising clients, Sumaya spends quality time with her family and explores Cape Town’s many world-class restaurants.

Kim joined Intergate Immigration in 2019 and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Client Manager.
Kim assists foreign nationals from all around the world with their immigration to South Africa. You can ask her about South Africa’s sights and sounds, too. Kim loves taking sightseeing trips in our beautiful country.

Senior Administrators
Faranaaz has over a decade of South African immigration experience. Intergate Immigration has had the pleasure of having her on our team since 2018.
Faranaaz assists clients with life partner, spousal, relative, retired, and study visa applications. She also helps visitors compile and submit extensions of their Section 11(1) visas.
Faranaaz is a keen tourist herself who loves to explore the Western Cape’s smaller towns. When she’s at home, Faranaaz enjoys cooking, gardening, and painting.
Melandri joined Intergate Immigration in 2022, making her our most recent recruit.
Melandri works with our clients who are applying for retired visas and financially independent permits. She also assists entrepreneurs with business visas and business-related applications.
Melandri fits in great with the team, as she shares many interests with her colleagues. She loves to spend time with her family and enjoys cooking. Melandri’s also always eager to travel and explore the outdoors.
Our Support Team
- Administrators: Our administrators work with our client managers and senior administrators to ensure that our clients successfully submit their visa applications.
- VFS Liaisons: Our VFS liaisons accompany clients in Cape Town and Johannesburg to VFS to guide them through the process and assist with submissions.
- Submitted team: The Submitted team follows up on applications and keeps clients up to date on the status of their applications.
Our accounts department and friendly receptionist complete the Support Team.
Management
Flonique is Director of Intergate Immigration. She started her career with Intergate in 2018 as a Corporate Senior Administrator.
In 2020, Flonique was given the opportunity to take on the new and never-done-before challenge of a combined role in Sales and Administration as a Corporate Relationship Manager. Flonique excelled in this role, and gained valuable experience in the important flow between sales and admin.
In August 2023, Flonique was appointed Director of Intergate. With her strong background in work visas, Flonique understands the importance of meeting employment deadlines for employers and ensuring that foreign nationals have a smooth transition to immigrate to South Africa.
Flonique is a firm believer in structure and routines, which she implements in her career and personal life, ensuring there is a work-life balance. She relaxes by spending time with her family, photographing the world around her, and playing softball.
Sade started her career at Intergate Immigration in 2015. Sadé has been employed with Intergate Immigration for 8 of her 9 years in the South African immigration industry.
Sadé started working at Intergate Immigration as an administrator and progressed quickly to the position of client manager. These roles equipped her with a wealth of knowledge in South African immigration, having assisted many individuals relocating to South Africa.
In August 2023, Sadé was appointed Operations Manager. She supports our immigration administrators and consultants and strives to maintain efficient business processes so that we can continue to offer our clients the superior service they have come to expect from us.
Sadé enjoys reading, solving puzzles of every sort, and spending time with her family.
Marketing
Karen joined Intergate Immigration in 2015, and she has over a decade of experience in digital marketing.
In her role as Digital Marketing Manager, Karen ensures that Intergate Immigration has a stellar online presence. She manages our websites, social media, and newsletters, and is responsible for all other marketing activities that support the company’s goals.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys reading, going for walks, and swimming at Cape Town’s many beautiful tidal pools.
